Shipping policy

Domestic shipping costs are $6.50 within the US for orders under $65. Please note that our minimum order is $10 including shipping. Shipping is on us for domestic orders of $65 and up! International shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. International shipping starts at around $37; we will refund shipping overages using the method of payment if we are able to send an order for less.  

 

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Some orders on the east coast may be shipped Priority Mail. 

For international orders, please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please keep a close eye on your tracking information so that you can locate your parcel at your local post office once it reaches the destination country. Buyers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring successful receipt. Chirping Chins cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
