The cake 'base' is made from yucca and is topped with loofa (luffa) 'whipped cream' and a balsa 'cherry'!
Each piece of Chin ‘Cherry Cake’ is held together by seagrass.
All the components are super light so your chin can easily carry it around as s/he tears it to pieces.
A piece of Chin ‘Cherry Cake’ measures approximately 6cm (2.3 inches) long. Shapes of the yucca may vary slightly.
**Please note that the yucca that makes up the Cheesecake ‘bases’ is now sourced from Brazil rather than Mexico. The Brazilian variant is darker overall in color throughout each piece, but the yucca is all natural and safe to chew.**
